 NSCSA Announces Approval of Company’s Corporate Governance  NSCSA

The Board of Directors of The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia “NSCSA” approved Company’s Corporate Governance through their meeting dated 20/12/2009, based upon the company by-laws and rules & regulations, guidelines of the governance regulation issued by Corporate Market Authority “CMA” and company by-laws in Saudi Arabia.
This regulation aims to assist the Board of Directors and the Executive Management to carry out their obligations and to improve the efficiency of the Board and its Committees activities in order to ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices for shareholders and stakeholders rights.
